Summary

Net Info is a local network-diagnostics utility. It does not create an account, operate a backend, show advertising, use analytics, or transmit connection details to SMB Gray.

Information accessed

Depending on the active route and Android permissions, Net Info may access connection status, transport type, network name, IP addresses, DNS servers, gateway, DHCP information, and lease information. Details Android does not expose, or that need a declined permission, are shown as unavailable.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used only to display the current connection snapshot and to create plain text when you choose Copy details. Net Info does not upload or persist connection details. If you explicitly copy or share details using Android, you control the destination and the receiving app's handling of that information.

Permissions and services

Permission requests are contextual and the core snapshot remains usable when a permission is declined. Net Info has no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, or cloud-service SDKs.
